Oh my gosh! My jaw dropped when I opened the box that came in the mail today. When I noticed who it was from, I thought maybe it would be a print- since the print I ordered from her a while back was bent in half by my very mean mail lady. Well… much to my delight- it was a box full of rabbit cards, candy, tea, buttons, party favors… and… a print! Mari-Claire, you are *awesome*!

It’s a Beautiful Day…

Fall is definitely in full swing around our house. This is the view from our front porch. Not as vibrant nor as many colors as I saw on my recent trip to New England, but beautiful nonetheless. It was good to be home. Even better that I missed the very cold weather Bill had to put up with while I was off gallavanating on the East Coast with my Mom. Over a 3 days period, overnight temps were down as low as 17. Brrrrrrrr!!!!

I took this photo of a bird of paradise at Manito Park in Spokane a couple of years ago. I recently gave permission for the photograph to be used on this cd cover. They sent me a couple of copies and I was ecstatic over how well it turned out. How exciting to see a photograph of mine being used as a CD cover! (Thank you, Edward!)
